    Lenwade Bridge Lake 10.9.11 You need a $200 rod, you just don't know it yet. LOL. You missed TW's Fenwick Daiwa VIP closeout sale. the 7'4" would have been a great match. A $125 rod for $50. Only one they had left last time I looked was the 6' ultralight.

    Debbie's NEW PB 15lb 14oz, Lenwade Bridge Lake 10.9.11 Guys, I am curious to see if any of you have tried the new Daiwa T rods. I am not sure whether or not I want to purchase a Veritas 7'3" MH or a Daiwa T 7' MH for jigs. If you could give me some help I would very much appreciate it.

    14lb 5oz Lenwade Bridge Lake 17.8.11 (New PB) new-to-me Daiwa SS-II 2500C. Plan on using 8 lb. mono on it. Had hoped to get either a Clark Wendtland or Daiwa VIP, but TW sold out before I could get the funds. Reel weighs 10.4 oz, so I'm thinking a 7' minimum rod length to help balance it out.

Was at Changi Village, Riverland, and saw this rod. At first ask the department store people for telescopic with SIC pilot but it was an inconceivable specs. The only ones that revile with SIC is the surf head (which I have). And then, my eyes saw this hanging on top of the bar. They said, Oh...that one not SIC guides...but fuji guides. Thats WAY too much weight for a tube. Tubes are finesse baits. That much weight defeats the purpose of throwing a tube. But if you must, Use a bullet weight on the outside. Peg it at the head and let her fly. By the way, 300 feet is farther than you can
